What Sits Inside
Every Price
Is the quote really fixed?
Yes. Survey, drawings, timber, finishes, delivery and fitting are itemised and fixed in writing before we cut.
What moves a price up or down?
Mostly timber choice, size and finish complexity. Walnut over oak, or a staircase over a shelf run, is where the range comes from.
Do you take a deposit?
One third to book the bench, one third on build start, the balance on the walkthrough when you sign the room off.
