When you contact us, request a quote, subscribe to the Journal or buy from the shop, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, project information and order details. Our shop checkout is processed securely and we never see or store your full payment details.

2. How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil orders, send the Journal (only with your consent), and improve our workshop and website. We do not sell your details to anyone.

3. Newsletter

Journal emails go out roughly monthly. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site uses a minimal set of cookies to remember your cart and to understand anonymous visiting patterns. No advertising trackers are installed.

5. Your rights

You may ask at any time what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to hello@timberhauscraft.com and we will respond within 30 days.
