Terms of Service

1. Quotations

Quotations are fixed for 60 days and describe the agreed timber, scope, finish and programme. Changes requested after sign-off are quoted separately before work proceeds.

2. Deposits and payment

Commissioned work requires a 40% deposit with the balance on completion. Shop pieces are paid in full at checkout. Late balances accrue no penalty for the first 14 days; thereafter we will agree a plan with you directly.

3. Craftsmanship warranty

Every commission and shop piece carries a 5-year craftsmanship warranty covering joints, movement beyond seasonal norms, hardware and finish adhesion under normal use.

4. Delivery and installation

Shop delivery times are shown on each product page. Commissioned installations are scheduled in writing; we will always warn you early if a date must move.

5. Returns

Unfinished, unused shop pieces may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Commissioned and customised pieces are made for you and cannot be returned unless faulty.
